Most evenings enjoy presentations by the tutors showcasing their work and telling their personal story. Be amazed by the wonderful art work for sale at the Tutors Bazaar.

Never get to visit fantastic textile traders from “down south”?   Here’s your chance to buy from a large array of textile merchandise, haberdashery, quilting supplies, glorious silks, wools, art papers  and other treasures at great prices.

Traders come from all over Australia to provide you with beautiful and practical fibre arts supplies.

 

 

Wrapt Bazaar and Open Day

Saturday 30 June 20 is the culmination of Wrapt in Rocky 2012.

Come along to the Open Day and Wrapt Bazaar and take the opportunity to pick from an absolutely fabulous array of art  works,  gorgeous woven printed dyed and handmade textiles, jewellery, books and so much more.  View the exhibition of beautiful and varied art work from the 120 plus artists and tutors at Wrapt.

Exhibitions and Creative “Challenges”

Contribute to Wrapt Rocky by creating a work of art for the “20 x 20” mini exhibition.

Create a small 20 x 20 cm textiles work of art to put up for sale and in return for $20 you get to buy a fellow students “20 x 20”art work.  Funds raised go towards student bursaries.

Also, in 2012 before you come to Wrapt there will be some fun creative “Challenges” to tackle.   What will they be…. Watch the blog for details.
